CONDICIONES GENERALES
ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN
Algunos productos están destinados exclusivamente para uso residencial privado. Para su uso
en lugares públicos, como instituciones educativas, restaurantes o lugares de reunión, donde el
mobiliario está sujeto a un uso intensivo, se aplican requisitos y normativas específicas. Por lo
tanto, le solicitamos que se informe antes de realizar su pedido si los productos DEDON que ha
seleccionado son adecuados para su uso en entornos públicos. Todos los productos destinados
a un uso comercial llevan la marca "C" (Contract).
PRECIOS
Tenga en cuenta que nuestra lista de precios contiene los precios de venta recomendados.
Los precios de compra individuales de nuestros socios se basan en la lista de precios de venta
recomendados y en las condiciones del respectivo acuerdo de asociación válido entre DEDON y
la empresa asociada. Por favor, póngase en contacto con su persona de contacto en DEDON para
obtener más información sobre los precios. Los precios de casi todas las colecciones que requie-
ren cojines incluyen los cojines. DEDON se reserva el derecho de ajustar los precios de venta al
público recomendados una vez al año con un plazo de preaviso de 4 semanas. El ajuste se realizará
si los costes de producción (materias primas y/o personal) y/o los costes de transporte aumentan
o disminuyen en más de un 5 % durante la vigencia del contrato. Una vez finalizado el plazo de
preaviso, se aplicarán los nuevos precios de venta al público recomendados como base para los
cálculos de precios resultantes de los contratos de colaboración. Los nuevos PVP se proporcionan
en forma impresa como complemento de la lista de precios vigente.
NÚMEROS DE REFERENCIA Y COMPONENTES
La referencia (Ref.) que encontrará en nuestra lista de precios junto a los muebles incluye todos
los componentes asociados con el producto y ayuda a nuestro equipo a proporcionarle las piezas
necesarias. Por ejemplo, la referencia para la silla AHNDA con Ref. ACC incluye la pieza de mobilia-
rio, el cojín y la funda protectora. Para procesar correctamente su pedido, debe indicar el color del
trenzado deseado, la variante del cojín, incluyendo la tela, y, si corresponde, la funda protectora. En
su confirmación de pedido encontrará todos los códigos de los componentes individuales relevan-
tes. Además del símbolo de la funda protectora, hay un código Ref. separado que solo se aplica a
esa funda específica, como la funda para el Sillón orejero con Ref. ACJ.

que es correcta en el momento de la impresión. No obstante, DEDON no asegura ni asume ninguna
garantía sobre su integridad y exactitud. DEDON no se hace responsable de los errores o de la falta
de información. DEDON se reserva el derecho a modificar las propiedades y descripciones debido
a los avances técnicos o a la disponibilidad de materiales. No asumimos ninguna responsabilidad
por los colores, las dimensiones y los pesos, ya que puede haber discrepancias al tratarse de
trabajo manual. Es posible que algunos productos y tejidos que aparecen en nuestras imágenes ya
no estén disponibles.
PESO
La información sobre el peso de un mueble no incluye los cojines y puede variar ligeramente debido a
los diferentes acabados de las 昀椀bras.
COJINES CON TELA DEL CLIENTE (COM)
Algunos clientes pre昀椀eren utilizar sus propias telas para los cojines y tapicería de DEDON, por lo tanto,
hemos agregado la opción COM para cada cojín en esta lista de precios, como se detalla a continua-
ción. Los requisitos de tela COM se calculan para telas lisas sin patrón repetitivo con un ancho de 1.53
yardas. Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre los cojines que podemos fabricar con sus propias telas, no
dude en ponerse en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.
Tenga en cuenta:
• Precios para la producción de COM se calculan en la Cat. A cuando son proporcionados por el cliente
y en la Cat. B cuando son pedidos por DEDON.
• Los cojines hechos con COM tienen una garantía de un año.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AREAS OF USAGE
Certain products are recommended for use exclusively in the residential sector. For use in public
areas such as public educational institutions, restaurants or meeting places, where the furniture
may be exposed to particularly high stress, special requirements and standards apply. Please
always ask about the suitability of your desired DEDON products for public places before placing
an order. All products intended for contract use are marked with a contract icon.
PRICES
Please note that our price list includes recommended retail prices. Our partners individual purchase
prices are based on the recommended price list and are linked to the terms of the valid partner
agreement concluded between DEDON and the individual partner. Please contact your DEDON
sales representative for any further price information. DEDON reserves the right to
adjust the recommended retail prices with a notice period of 4 weeks. The adjustment shall be
made if the costs for production (raw materials and/or personnel) and/or transport costs increase
or decrease by more than 5% during the term of the contract. Upon expiry of the notice period,
the new non-binding price recommendations shall apply as the calculation basis for the price
calculations resulting from the partner contracts. The new recommended retail prices will be
provided in digital form as a supplement to the current price list.
REFERENCE NUMBERS AND COMPONENTS
The reference number (Ref.) you find in our price list next to the furniture items includes all com-
ponents associated with the product and helps our team provide you with the necessary parts.
For example, the reference number for the AHNDA Wing Chair with Ref. ACC includes the furniture
piece, the cushion, and the protective cover. To accurately process your order, please specify the
desired weaving color, the cushion variant including fabric, and if applicable, the protective cover.
Your order confirmation will then include all relevant individual component codes. In addition to the
symbol for the protective cover, there is a separate Ref. code that applies only to that specific cover,
such as the cover for the AHNDA Wing chair with Ref. ACJ.

We are not liable for variations in color, weight or dimensions, since such variations are typical
of handmade furniture. Some items and fabrics that are featured in mood images may be
discontinued.
WEIGHT
The stated weight of a furniture item does not include cushions and may vary according to fiber
options.
CUSTOMER OWN MATERIAL (COM) CUSHIONS
Some customers prefer their own fabrics for DEDON cushions and upholstery therefore we
have added the COM demand for every cushion within this price list as listed below. The COM
fabric requirement is calculated for a plain fabric without a pattern repeat with a width of 1.53 yds.
If you have any questions about cushions that we might produce from your own fabrics,
please feel free to contact our customer service.
Please note:
• Prices for COM production are calculated at Cat. A when supplied by the customer and Cat. B
when ordered by DEDON.
• Cushions made with COM have a one year warranty.
